Conversera Technologies ("Conversera", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered conversational commerce platform for businesses operating on WhatsApp and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in connection with our services.
This policy applies to merchants and businesses ("Merchants") who use the Conversera platform, and to end customers ("Customers") who interact with Merchants through Conversera-powered conversations.
Conversera processes Customer data to operate and deliver its services to Merchants, including managing conversations, generating responses, and facilitating transactions.
Merchants control their relationship with Customers and provide business inputs such as products, policies, and preferences. Conversera provides and operates the technical infrastructure used to process Customer data in accordance with Merchant instructions and the functionality of the platform.
For Customer data processed through the platform, Conversera acts as a data processor on behalf of Merchants.
Conversera uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence models, to analyze conversation content and generate responses on behalf of Merchants, primarily for the purpose of delivering the services requested by the relevant Merchant. This includes classifying customer intents, extracting information from messages, and assisting Merchants in managing customer interactions.
